Ordering an SSL Certificate is a 3 Stage Process

Stage 1: Initial Order Order your SSL Certificate at
https://secure.frozenweb.co.uk/order/index.php?v=2 and complete all the required fields and submit payment (either by PayPal or Cheque)
Stage 2: Cert Request
Once your order has been processed (usually within 5 minutes) you will receive a welcome email containing your username and password for the Billing Systems Console located at
http://secure.frozenweb.co.uk.
Once payment has been received you will be able to login and view your new SSL Certificate under the My Sites->My SSL Certificates. You must complete the CSR (generated by your Control Panel) and contact information for the certificate before it is submitted to GeoTrust.
Stage 3: Cert Fulfillment
When you have completed Stage 2, the certificate will be submitted to GeoTrust and begin being fulfilled.
If you have ordered the QuickSSL or QuickSSL Premium Certificate, the fulfillment process may take as little as 10 minutes. Both of these certificates use confirmation emails generated by GeoTrust (sent immediately upon submission) to verify the certificate Owners identity. You must approve these emails when they are received, so it is important for you to make sure that all information is filled in accurately in Stage 1.
If you have ordered the True BusinessID Certificate, the verification process may take up to 72 hours because it is manually reviewed by a human at GeoTrust. This certificate requires that you fax certain documents to GeoTrust directly before they can begin the verification process.
Once the certificate is fulfilled, you can click the �check status� link while viewing the certificate request in the Billing Systems Console.
