Thank you for ordering a True BusinessID server certificate with our
True Site "smart icon"

To establish your True Site credentials and to complete your True
BusinessID server certificate request, we must verify your business
identity by obtaining and checking certain business registration
documents for your company.

***NOTE FOR RENEWAL CUSTOMERS*** If you have already submitted the
requested documentation last year, you do not have to provide it again
unless your information has changed.

Please fax your Business registration document to us at 1-858-300-5306
and include your GeoTrust Order ID # ###### on the fax cover sheet.
Example Business registration documents include Dun and Bradstreet
number (DUNS), articles of incorporation, business license, partnership
agreement, or other documentation that confirms your business identity.
Please submit the following pages from your official document:

a) Pages that include the name, legal address, and other contact
information for the company.

b) Pages that describe the location of incorporation for the company.

c) Pages that contain the name(s) of key officer(s) or partners. For
example, the names of Managing Director, President, Secretary, Chief
Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Managing Partner, or Vice
Presidents of the company.

After receipt of your documentation, order processing typically takes
two business days, at which point, you will receive your True Site
"smart icon" installation instructions along with your True BusinessID
server certificate.
